A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

Az Erkel Apartman, egy igényesen felújított 4 fő befogadására alkalmas szálláshely. A város szíve csupán 5 percnyi sétával elérhető. Csendes, nyugodt kis utcában található, egész napos ingyenes parkolási lehetőséggel. A konyha, étkező szép világos, kellemes látványt és hangulatot áraszt. Hűtő, mikró és főzéshez szükséges eszközökkel felszerelt. Sütési és mosási lehetőség nincs. Remek borvidékünk gazdag programokat kínál a vendégeink számára. Az apartman nem dohányzó. Ingyenes WIFI használat.

It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Lehet horgászni , sokféle madár hangjában gyönyörködni vagy a szarvasok bőgését hallgatni. Nagy gonddal alakítottuk ki ezt a különleges szálláshelyet. Remek kirándulóhelyek vannak a közelben. De ha valaki a város nyüzsgésére vágyik, a közelben van Siófok, a Balaton parti üdülő város, ahol sokféle szórakozási és vásárlási lehetőség van.

Our guesthouse in Balatonfüred is a two-room, four-person apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen and bathroom. The room has a separate entrance, lockable, and opens from the common terrace. The guest house has a large garden with barn, garden pond, fireplace. The house is located in downtown Balatonfüred, between three churches, about 25-30 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafés in the area.
