Our house is the perfect getaway for a family, group of friends or a couple. The lake and gardens around the house provide the quiet and peace of a retreat place, away from the busyness and distractions of the city. It's a very pretty drive to Columbia, MO (about 30 minutes), and 20 minutes to Rocheport, a very cute historical town by the Missouri River. A beautiful attraction that is close to our property is the Warm Springs Ranch. The Clydesdale breeding farm. This is a great place to visit.

The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Peaceful space in the valley where a rooster crow is all you hear in the morning. Have coffee on the dock while feeding koi in the koi pond! Off the beating path of traffic. Short drive to I 435 and I 35. About a half hour drive to Royals and Chiefs stadiums, downtown KC and Kansas speedway! Minutes from the bike and walking trails that circle Smithville Lake!

The 436 is located downtown Warsaw just a block off Main Street with all of the lovely shops from Antiques to Boutiques and eating establishments! Drake Harbor is walking distance away with walking and biking trails and a launch onto Lake of the Ozarks. Plenty of room to park your boat. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Large living room, kitchen, dining and family room. Also large sunroom with plenty of seating. Patio area outside to enjoy!!
