Includes two (2) parking spots and security for home games. Approximately 0.5 mi. to campus on foot (but about 50-100 steps to Buffalo Wild Wings or Chick-fil-A)!

This large, historic home is a 15 minute walk to campus and even closer to restaurants and shops on Main St. Charming decor, comfortable furnishings, and a family friendly layout make this perfect for Game Day and other visits to State. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated and well stocked with guest comfort in mind. The front porch swing, deck seating and fire pit give options for your crew to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Our home is a duplex, it is 2 complete houses under one roof. We live in one end, the other ( the rental) has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath/shower, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, closets. Plain and simple but cozy and relaxing. Kitchen with all accessories. Bed linens,bath towels, soap etc are furnished. Front porch: swing and a glider/rocker with west view. Pavilion in yard with picnic table, rocking chairs, small grill, and a fire ring. A country spot that is peaceful, birds singing.

Quiet Country Chalet

You are in for a treat with the best Airbnb experience. You will get to sleep on Purple mattresses in our queen rooms and Lulls in or twins. This is a two story home with 1 queen on the main floor and 1 queen and 2 twins upstairs. If you want to bring more than 6 guests, please let me know so we can put out a couple air mattresses. There is a grass airstrip right outside the house! Small planes occasionally fly in and out.

The Old Farmhouse (family friendly home near 45)

The Old Farmhouse on the Little Lapp Farm is a family-friendly house with spacious kitchen/dining and living room areas! It's not a 5-star resort by any means, but an old, nostalgic farmhouse with enough renovations to make it a comfy place to stay. We love hosting families at the Farmhouse. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full) and 2 full bathrooms. There's also a crib available in the master bedroom.
