Enjoy Eureka Springs on a mountaintop retreat just 4 miles from downtown! Guest quarters are attached but separate from the owners’ quarters with private entrance. The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 mowed acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Please read the entire description and view photos before reserving! Pet fee- $20 per pet per night. 2 pet limit. Please notify me if you plan to bring a pet so I can update the reservation price.

The Rock House is a 1940's giraffe rock duplex that we've renovated. Located in the historic downtown area, a country garden setting with an artistic vibe. Our home, garden, stage & studio are part of this large complex. our Air B&B is a private large suite with its own parking and separate entrance. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Table Rock Lake, The James River, Silver Dollar City, Branson, hiking trails, boating, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and theaters are all within 10 miles.

Gadd Spring Inn-Garden Penthouse Suite

Our spacious Penthouse Suite located on the 2nd story of the Gadd Spring Inn. This one bedroom Suite retains a lot of its original charm. King bed, private bath, full kitchen, living room, outdoor deck and garden view. It’s a short walk to Historic downtown to see shops, restaurants, and the activities of Eureka. Cobbler is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat after hitting the trails or exploring NWArkansas. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes. No cats. Welcome to the Lake Ann Guesthouse. We are a 2 min drive to 71, located in an idyllic wooded neighborhood on Lake Ann. Near: Back 40, walk to Buckingham Trail Head, parks, golf, biking/hiking trails and all Bella Vista has to offer. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We are within 10-45 minutes of most everything in NW Arkansas. Come enjoy a relaxing and private getaway.

Fun in the Sun; Condo Overlooking Lake

Ground level, no steps. Great lake view. Close to shopping mall, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed , a full bathroom, TV with cable . It has a sliding patio door that opens to the deck overlooking the lake. Spare bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with cable; full length windows that overlook the lake. The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops, stainless appliances. Non-smoking and no pets.

Terrace - Lakefront home, hot tub, patios, kitchen

The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the Loft home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, fire pit, and an outdoor lounge and dining area. Note there may be guests occupying the upper Loft home during your stay. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove steps from Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access while remaining secluded. No children or fires.
