Access to the whole area described in the Summary. I can be available 24/7 at least the first and last day of their stay. Though likely at all times. The South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood has a lot of restaurants, bars and night clubs to enjoy. It is also very close to the Moscone Center. 3 1/2 blocks away from Civic Center BART/Muni Station. 20 minute walk to downtown. 4 blocks away from Moscone Center. 20 minute walk to AT&T Park SoMa is a hip neighborhood with a ton of restaurants to choose from, bars and night clubs, start-up companies around, close to the Moscone Center.

Live like you own Church street in SF

Thanks for taking an interest in my apartment. Its perfect for one to two people although it can sleep four with the pull out bed. Years ago, it was a home movie theater. I converted it into a bedroom but kept the movie screen. There are some personal family photos in the unit only. Dresser and closet are empty. The deck is a perfect place to relax in the afternoon to take in the sunset and look onto Church street. VERY IMPORTANT! Read my pet/parking information before booking.

Two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, and a large smart TV. Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.
