Enjoy a private-entrance suite with abundant natural light in the quiet, residential Mac-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul. This is the lower-level of my home, newly remodeled, with lots of space. Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.
