Our holiday home with a private swimming pool is located on the Riviera of Omis. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom and mini-bar, while on the upper floor there is the living part and one more bathroom. The floors are connected by external stairs. Next to the swimming pool, there is a barbecue and a spacious terrace with panoramic view on the sea and islands. Mimice is a small place with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. It is located 12 km away from the town of Omis.

U blizini kuće na minut hoda nalazi se odlično opremljeni market.Pristup plaži je zajednički a do plaže vam treba svega 10 minuta niz stepenice.Plaže su prekrasne sa kristalno čistim morem baš iz razloga što ima manje turista nego u strogom centru.Idealno za obitelj s djecom.Dobrodošli!

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Mimice is an easy and beautiful coastal drive on the D8 about 40 minutes south of Split and under an hour drive from Split Airport. It has stunning views over the Adriatic Sea and Brac Island from the terraces and pool. This combined with a stunning mountain backdrop makes it a picture perfect location whilst not far from the shop/restaurants/Tourist Bureau/Cafe (5 min walk).

The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.
