The Serenity House-Villa Apollon

Two traditional villas, Villa Apollon and Villa Aphrodite, are parts of the Serenity House. They share a private land of six acres full of small olive trees, citrus and fruitful trees. New built, on a hill named Korfos, follow cycladian architecture, with comfortable interiors and terrific outdoor spaces with a pool shared for both Villas. Near Parikia (main town) and Pounda (ferry to Antiparos), this 180 sq. m. (1,940 sq. ft.) villa offers stunning mountain and sea views. Set in a quiet agricultural area, 3 km from Parikia, it ensures total privacy with spacious outdoor areas and a large swimming pool. A hidden path leads to the sandy Parasporos Beach. Thoughtfully decorated by its owner, the villa blends Feng Shui principles with traditional elements, natural materials, and soothing tones to create a tranquil retreat.
