You are welcome to bring up to 2 well behaved dogs and will have your own private garden. There is an external camera which overlooks the gate and driveway and a video doorbell on the gate facing the road.

A 20 minute drive from the stunning Jurassic Coast and easy driving distance from the National Parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor. There are lots of lovely local walks or cycling routes nearby

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

Rural Holiday Cottage with Wonderful Countryside Views on Friendly Smallholding. Cottage set in the beautiful East Devon countryside. We have only just opened up our calendar on the Airbnb site for 2024 as we have be hosting guest successfully for 9 years on a different site with excellent feedback. We have a EV 7KW charging station recently installed at the cottage to help accommodate electric vehicles.
