This spacious cottage is centrally located between Spencer and the lakes area, right off of Hwy 71. The upstairs loft features a queen, full and a single bed, desk, and closet and lots of space. The main level has a full kitchen with dining space, large living room with two couches and a TV, and a full bathroom with washer and dryer. This is a great place for long term stays as it offers your own private accommodations and off-street parking. Note: Due to allergies, No smoking inside, No pets.

Enjoy a BBQ on the patio while playing lawn games. Six daily passes, lake Okoboji access, outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, an indoor waterpark, a gym, an arcade, and on-site dining.

Neighborhood pool across the street and indoor/outdoor water park, arcade, gym (remodeled in 2020) and on location bars/restaurants are a 5-minute walk or short drive away. Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park. We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Table 316 Restaurant. These are in addition to our other Stay Properties across the street. Browns Bay Suite offers a comfy king bed with a full bathroom. There are 2 additional rooms, each with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom just off the kitchen. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds) pots and pans. The living room area has couch, chairs and smart TV.

This centrally located cabin is the perfect getaway for couples, family or friends. It is within easy walking distance to the amusement park, free concerts, restaurants, bars, etc. Adjacent to the cabin's fenced backyard is the city park with playground, basketball, picklball courts, shelter house and docks for fishing or launching the kayaks. Located directly on the bike trail, and just blocks to the nearest boat ramp. Includes use of 4 bikes, 2 kayaks and 1 canoe.
