Boat launch available in neighborhood. Plenty of parking for trucks/boats with outlets for boats. Fully-equipped kitchen. Fire pit (w/ firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, gas grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed w/ pet fee. (No cats please)

We are on a bluff above the lake which offers stunning panoramic views of Toledo Bend and beautiful sunsets. If you are coming to enjoy water activities, we are conveniently located between 3 boat ramps (~1 mile away). Shore fishing/swimming is available just 1 mile away at Holly Park Marina.
