Our two bedroom one bath home with large finished basement office is perfectly situated in Midland; our home is 7 mins from the Midland Hospital, 5 mins from Dow Chemical North Entrance, 11 mins from the Midland Soccer Complex. We have everything needed for cooking and hosting families with young children. The street is very walkable; try the farmers market just down the street at Loons Stadium!

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Grove Park is across the street, Live Oak Coffeehouse is 1 block away. Downtown Midland with shopping, restaurants, entertainment, the Rail Trail, and the Tridge, are 3 blocks away. Midland Center for the Arts, Dow Gardens, and the Canopy Walk are all within 10 blocks. This space was created with families in mind! Enjoy kid friendly items from downstairs for no extra cost. Fans and black out curtains in every room. We do everything we can to make sure the Maple Haus is comfortable for all!

Efficiency Apartment (2nd Floor Walk up) in Private Home. Outside private Entrance from driveway at back of house. Off street private parking. Bedroom with 1 double bed, Kitchen, and Bathroom. Sleeps 1 person or 1 couple (1 bed). There is a TV. (Roku streaming) The stairs up to the apartment are steep and narrow. If you have mobility challenges climbing stairs, another location to stay could be worth considering. The bed in the apt is a standard full size bed - not a queen or king.

This home is perfect for those traveling with pets, including those trialing at TNT dog center. There is a private fenced back yard including a separate gravel run and practice agility equipment.
