Private Guest House in Quiet Community

Our Private Guest House has 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living room includes DISH TV, and both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Guests enjoy convenient parking, a private entrance, and a front porch. There is space to park a large trailer or RV. Downstairs features a living room, full kitchen, and second bathroom. Laundry is available for guest use. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside. Outdoor smoking only. Violations will result in a $300 deep-cleaning fee.

Mother-in-law’s quarters is a private space attached to main house with front and back covered porches and private entrance with NO STAIRS. Porch and grill are available to guests. On a clear night, you can see the stars forever!
