Olive Dome - Huge Geodesic Dome Between The Olives

A geodesic dome located in an olive grove at the foot of the mountain in a private and quiet area. The house is wide, spacious, modern and special. There are strong ACs, a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, microwave, washing machine, an outdoor seating area with a BBQ, and a pool. The surrounding area is beautiful with natural springs and hiking trails. The Sea of ​​Galilee is only a 10-minute drive away. This house was hand-built by us with love&care. Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Breakfast is included. Our studio opens to a wide terrace with a stunning view of the sea. Surrounded by no neighbors but a maqui forest, accompanied by the sound of the waves from the shore below. We share the property with several friendly cats who may occasionally visit the terrace to greet guests. They are gentle and accustomed to people, but their presence may not be suitable for those with allergies or a preference for a pet-free environment.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
