This neat two bedroom holiday apartment is located only 100m from the pristine Sawtell beach and a 250m stroll from the trendy Main Street. Guests will enjoy two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms offer a queen bed and single mattress. The open plan kitchen and living offers fully equipped cooking facilities, as well as a lounge area leading on to the elevated balcony overlooking the pool. Guests can also utilise the shared BBQ, pool and alfresco dining facilities.

'Scotts Break' is welcoming, family-friendly and located in a peaceful neighbourhood a short walk from cafes and beaches. Scotts Break can also be booked with Sunset View (upstairs) for larger family gatherings.
