Comfortable House with Saltwater Infinity Pool

Unser Ferienhaus "Casa accanto al Carrubo" wurde 2015 erbaut. 2017 kam dann der Infinity Pool (Salzwasser) hinzu. Es liegt sehr ruhig 3 km vom kleinen Fischerdorf San Nicola L'Arena entfernt. Der Blick fällt auf die Berge des Naturreservats "Pizzo Cane". The Holiday Home was build in 2015. 2017 we finished the saltwater infinity pool. It lies about 3 km outside of San Nicola L'Arena a small fisherman village 30km from Palermo. There are beautiful views to the mountains of a natural reserve.

Depèndence of 17th century villa with private swimming pool (open from june to september 9h-19h) and private historic garden. The cottage is one of a pair set, each cottage has its own terrace and private sicilian garden. It has a double room, a twin room, a living room with a double sofa bed (for 1 person), a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Is 3km far from the sea and 15 from Palermo. Linen and towels included, we also provide swimming pool towels so you can travel light.

All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor
