The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, shared main kitchen & shared shower. Allergy free space, no pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

We honor the land's history and ancestral stewards by giving 5% of every night stayed to indigenous Mendocino tribes and organizations

The outside yard is shared space, yet, we don’t walk in front of your windows & will respect your privacy. There’s a garden & fruit trees to graze in season.

We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck and spend the night gazing at the Milky Way. We offer light snacks for your breakfast on your first morning, along with coffee, tea, cream and sugar. You will have the house to yourself. We share a parking lot and live next door.

If you're looking for an experience with your stay, this is it. The Blue barn is over 100 yrs old, built entirely of old growth redwood. It is situated on what we lovingly refer to as "The Farm".
