Casa acogedora en un tranquilo y bonito entorno rural de montaña en Granada. Ubicada en un pequeño pueblo junto al Parque Natural de Sierra Nevada, a 25 min de Granada, 20 min de La Alpujarra y 25 min de la playa. La casa tiene dos plantas y un patio exterior con pequeña piscina, exclusivo para ti. Planta de abajo: distribución abierta con salón, comedor, cocina, pequeño aseo y patio. Planta superior: dormitorios y baño completo. Rutas de senderismo a 5 min a pie desde el alojamiento.

Vlakbij de Middellandse zee en aan de rand van de spectaculaire gebergten van het UNESCO Sierra Nevada National Park. Het huis ligt op 15 minuten wandelen vlakbij het dorp met bakkers en leuke restaurants. 15 minuten rijden naar het strand. 40 minuten naar Granada. 1 uur en 10 minuten naar Malaga.

Read the entire description. We are at the foot of Sierra Nevada. 30 min from the beach and from Granada. With a large garden, vineyards, olive trees and an organic garden. Cottage with separate entrance. Diaphanous of a single environment. With 2 floors. Ground floor with equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace and 2 single sofa beds. It has hot/cold underfloor heating. The upper floor is accessed by a spiral staircase and there are 1 doble bed and 1 sofa bed for 1 pax.

Encantadora vivienda de tres habitaciones ubicada en el pintoresco pueblo de Restábal, en el magnífico entorno del Valle de Lecrín. Valle de cítricos, con río , pantanos, montaña, barrancos, pueblos con encanto!! Esta la playa de Motril, salobreña, Almuñécar…a 30 km y granada centro a 31 km., se le denomina también la Alpujarra baja, esta la Alpujarra alta ( Lanjaron, orgiva… etc) muy cerquita. Pueblo rodeado de naturaleza y tranquilidad, lugar perfecto para descansar y relajarse..
