Villa Aτos is a sea front villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the most picturesque village of Kefalonia named Assos. Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Μεζονέτα με τέσσερα υπνοδωματια και τρια μπανια . Στον κατω οροφο βρισκεται το ενα υπνοδωμάτιο με το διπλό κρεββάτι, το γραφειο, η κουζινα , πολυ ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με δυο καναπέδες γωνια , το μπανιο με το πλυντηριο ρούχων και μεγαλη μπανιέρα και το μπαλκονι. Στον πανω οροφο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωματια, το ενα εχει διπλό κρεββάτι και το αλλο κουκέτα με δυο μονα κρεββατια και δυο μπανια και τα δυο με ντουζιερα . Το διαμερισμα ειναι στον πανω οροφο μιας πανσιον και απέχει 50 μετρα απο την πλαζ.
