Apartman Relax je pažljivo uređen stan, klimatiziran, smješten u neposrednoj blizini centra grada na 7. katu stambene zgrade. Sastoji se od manje spavaće sobe i otvorenog prostora: kuhinja s blagovaonom i dnevnim boravkom. Dnevni boravak opremljen je trosjedom na razvlačenje, SMART TV-om s MaxTV i HBO kanalima, te besplatnim optičkim internetom. U kupaonici su na raspolaganju sušilo za kosu, perilica rublja, walk-in tuš sa ugrađenim Sunshower infracrvenim panelom koji pruža doživljaj saune.

The holiday house 'Franc Holiday House' is located in a quiet street in Lopatinec (Međimurje). The house has a private wellness area with a hydromassage bath, a sauna and a starry sky. Guests have access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Owners of electric cars can charge their vehicle for free at the charger located next to the house. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating as well as underfloor heating. Parking is free.
