Take a nap while curled up in the hammock in a corner of the internal patio. Later on, watch a super-wide cable TV with Netflix, surround sound, and 300-megabyte Wi-Fi. Other standouts include a bathroom with tub and rain shower, plus twin vanity. It is a large comfortable house, with natural light including all the amenities to enjoy a pleasant stay. The rooms have King size beds, spacious closets, fans and private bathrooms, a third full bathroom with a shower for additional guests is available. The bathroom in the main room has bathtub for your convenience, and the bathroom in the second room has plenty of natural illumination from a skylight. The house has an internal patio with a hammock, very pleasant to enjoy a quiet and relaxing time, or even to sleep overnight if preferred. The living room has cable TV with HD channels and Netflix at no additional cost, surround system, and 20 megabyte wifi; there are two large windows, secured with bars so you can breathe fresh air, has curtains for your preference, whether you want a bit of light or more privacy. The kitchen is large and clean, with microwave, stove, range hood to the outside, coffee maker, blender, a double island with seating around for your comfort, can be used as a dining room and desk at the same time with an electrical outlet available. The stairs have a pin, glass and lamps for your safety. In the hallway you can also find a wide closet and at the end a laundry area with washer and dryer . The smart lock at the main entrance provides additional security so every guest has a unique code that will expire after each stay. Also our local host Jorge Luis will be available at any time to assist locally with any additional requests which could involved guidance for a trip outside the city, like close towns or parks, or even recommendations to nearby restaurants. Jorge Luis will be also in charge welcoming you home and key exchange. Walk to a wide range of restaurants and bars, along with cafes, ice cream parlors, and supermarkets. Jog in the First and Second Laureles Parks nearby and bike along the specially designated paths. Metro Stadium Station is 15 minutes away. Moderate social gatherings are allowed in the house with few people. We need to be considerate with our neighbors so big crowds or loud music should be properly managed. No prostitution. No drugs.
