The kitchen is ready to use and boasts a bar and island seating. This kitchen does not have a full size stove/oven but does have plenty of electric appliances to cover all of your cooking needs. This family home is a perfect retreat with sleeping for up to 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for a large crowd. Gatherings around the fireplace in the winter or the patio in the summer makes for great family evenings. There is a variety of family friendly games to enjoy such as dominos, scrabble, ping pong and foosball. This home is also equipped with many handicap accessible features such as grab bars in the master bath and an entry ramp.

We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.
