Located on a rise above the Collins River - the river is not immediately visible but is only steps away! There is also easy access for launching kayaks or small fishing boats on the property.

It is nestled off of the main road, but only 12 minutes from downtown attractions. It is surrounded by green pastures and mature wooded area. Enjoy the scenery of the beautiful sunsets and sunrises off of the large front or back porch. As well as, fire pit area and beautiful grazing horses in the pasture. This is the perfect place to escape and enjoy a peaceful getaway.

Private Guest House. We welcome you to our homestead in the making. We have cleaned up and made many improvements to the property and guest house has been remodeled. Enjoy campfires under the stars, free-ranging chickens and ducks. Cats and dogs will lovingly greet you! Just 20 min to McMinnville. 10 min to Isha yoga center. 15 min to the Cumberland Caverns. 30 minutes to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island. Cell service is spotty here. McMinnville is the closest shopping/restaurants

Cabin on the Hill/ King Suite

This King Suite has its own private entrance that is attached to the cabin. The King Suite and the Cabin can be rented both separately through Air bnb. This King Suite is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The cabin next door is not included it is separate. No third party bookings. Because of health issues, we can not except animals. No smoking.
