The Old School McGregor, Yellow Room

The Old School is a unique renovated space, consisting of 4 classrooms converted into spacious self-catering apartments. Wild Almond Cottage is a delightful two-bedroom cottage comprising two bathrooms, a lounge, kitchen, lovely patio and a refreshing plunge pool, guests are welcome to cool off after their travels 5 min walk to restaurants and pubs. McGregor is a working farm village PLEASE NOTE.....The minimum cost per night is ZAR 1140 for 1 or 2 guests The minimum stay is 2 x nights Extra guests are ZAR570 per guest per night Children under the age of 12 years are charged at half price per child

Serenity in McGregor

When you want to experience the peace and tranquility which McGregor is known for, Serenity is your spot. A lush garden with plenty of trees and a variety of plants attract lots of birds. Look out for the bright flash of a Red Bishop as he searches for food, or the see how many different bird calls you can hear, whether in bed or sitting on one of patios. The cottage has 3 spacious, private bedrooms, with a pair of bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath.

Historic Sunflower Cottage, Tranquil and Romantic

Sunflower Cottage is a romantic self-catering cottage in McGregor, and is one of the oldest and most loved historical houses in the village. Originally built in the 1880’s, its thick adobe walls, original mud floors, reed ceilings and thatched roof are natural insulators against the heat and cold of the Little Karoo. Located in a quiet corner of the village, the cottage is perfect for couple getaways, to explore this historical town and surrounding winelands.

The Castle

Tucked away on the serene and scenic Kings Hill Estate, The Castle offers a truly one-of-a-kind stay in a beautifully restored stone building that once served as a charming little church, complete with intimate wedding receptions in its past life. Set apart from the world, the location is peaceful and remote, shared only with a handful of other cottages, making it an ideal hideaway for couples seeking tranquility and a touch of history.

Cloven Stones

Our place is a neatly restored original McGregor workers cottage with a beautiful large garden in a central location. The property is family and pet friendly (although please note we have 2 covered irrigation dams). Enjoy relaxing in the garden full of birds or explore the main street nearby. There is an outdoor braai, a large stoep and a gazebo for sunny days as well as an indoor anthracite fireplace indoors for chilly days.

"Krans Cottage"

Located in upper McGregor, right on the edge of the Krans reserve with stunning views and easy access to walking trails. A relaxed 10 minute walk to Tebaldis and the main street in town. The property is a newly built standalone small home with off street parking, free WiFi, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area and large patio areas to relax and enjoy the view anytime of the day. The cottage also has a Weber braai (BBQ).

Klaasvoogds Cottage, 90m2 Robertson

Klaasvoogds Cottage, 90m2, minimally affected by loadshedding, offers a charming, luxurious self-catering cottage on a working farm. It has a gas stove, solar geyser and an inverter so TV, lights, fridge and wifi not affected at all. It is well-equipped for long stays, centrally located in the Robertson wine valley on route 62. Enjoy lovely views of the vineyards, orchards and moutains.
