A second, separate building referred to as the "Bunkhouse" features 3 double beds upstairs and a double bed in the lower level. All within 20 minutes of the Mayo Clinic.

You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring.
