The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

Lake is electric motors only. (2 pet max)Dogs allowed (aggressive breed dogs not allowed, all dogs must be leashed, no cats allowed). Short drive to Frankenmuth approx 40 mins.

This 1890's second story apartment is located in Downtown Saginaw, offering comfort, privacy, and character. This newly refurbished apartment features tall windows, high ceilings, and original wood flooring. This apartment becomes a cozy retreat with its large private balcony! It is directly above local diners and cafes, and is a hop, skip, and a jump from the marketplace and the hospitals. It is also close driving distance from the Children's Zoo, the Dow Event Center, and other attractions!

Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. Please note: Hosts live in a separate part of the house and have their own entrance with no shared spaces. Super clean, all blankets and duvet covers are laundered after every guest. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!
