The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

The area features nearby Sandy Creek bike trail, State Game Lands, and the small town of Cranberry, PA just 5 miles down the road. We are within 10 miles of the Clarion river and cook forest state park. Downtown Clarion and Brookville are within 7 miles and offer lots of local and franchise dining options. 4 Wheel drive is a must in the winter months. Come for a relaxing stay and enjoy the outdoors.
