The home has all new appliances, A/C, and WIFI, to keep everyone comfortable and entertained, while still allowing you to unplug and enjoy some peace and quiet on this large property. Equipped with household essentials except an iron, steamer available. 2 bedroom queen bed each, suitable for 4 adults 2 per room, & two vehicles. It’s a great alternative to staying in hotel. We are 30 min. from Austin, 25 min. from the outlet mall, and Texas State, 20 min. from races and concerts at COTA, and 15 min. from tubing the San Marcos River.
