Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά με ευχάριστο κλίμα, κατάφυτη από ελαιώνες σε μικρά λοφάκια, στην περιοχή Μαυροβουνίου, 3 χλμ κοντά στο γραφικό Γύθειο.
