Sandy feet retreat Caister-on-Sea is a brand new bungalow finished September 2020, unlike most holiday lets this has been specifically built and designed for all your holiday needs. We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. We have underfloor heating and all pets welcome.

This spacious, well appointed, newly converted loft apartment with its own entrance is in a detached building next to our converted Norfolk barn. It has a large feature window with wide ranging views over surrounding Broads National Park countryside. In walking distance to local village and traditional English pub. Other activities in the area include; Walking, Cycling, Sailing, beautiful Norfolk beaches and seal colonies, wildlife park and the many attractions in the historic city of Norwich.

Bishops Barn

Built in the 1800s as a stable and tractor shed, the barn has been sympathetically redesigned with modern living and comfort in mind whilst retaining many original features. The barn has an open plan living area with a log burner for cosy nights inside whilst the sun drenched patios offer the ideal spot for alfresco dining or watching the sun set. Just 2 miles to the Norfolk Broads and with an expansive beach 5 miles away, it's the perfect place to relax and escape for couples and families.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Living in a Lighthouse

A magical converted 18th-century lighthouse located on the edge of the picturesque village of Winterton-on-Sea, Norfolk. A building with a rich history, mentioned in Defoe's Robinson Crusoe and used as a lookout tower during World War II. The original tower has now been extended at ground level, with a simple glass and timber structure, which opens onto a cedar deck and garden. The property has been widely featured in interiors magazines and national newspapers.

Filby holds the national awards for "Filby in Bloom" and is set onto the Norfolk Broads National Park, with countryside nature walks right on the doorstep and stunning beaches just a few minutes drive away, this really is a perfect place all year round to get away and relax in the outside hottub.

This room features double bed with a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy sofa and TV with SKY TV and a fully fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners with lovely views from French doors. The sofa bed provides sleeping for 2 little ones Enjoy our traditional breakfast using local ingredients served with fresh fruits and cereals. Wifi is not available in this room, but can be picked up around the Farm.
