At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

Breathe the fresh country air at this contemporary architecture retreat. The space has its own private entrance and all the areas available are for your use only while you are staying. There is an electric frypan, toasted sandwich maker, microwave, toaster and jug, also provided is cereal, milk, bread, spreads, tea, coffee & juice.
