Das Matterhorn, grüsst Dich als erstes am Morgen früh. 100 Meter,unterhalb des Hauses ist ein lauschiger Bach. Nur für Dich gibt es den Gartensitzplatz mit Lounge, Sonnenschirm, stylischem Esstisch und einem wohlfühlenden Ambiente.

Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. it is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and to the village center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the e bus stop is 200m far. it is a perfect mix of comfort and tranquility. 28 steps to access to the building.

Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
