Nowy, jasny dom (140 m2) w sercu zielonej Warmii. Dom znajduje się na działce o powierzchni 2500 m2, z malowniczymi widokami na pagórki i lasy. Siedlisko jest położone we wsi Ruś, 7 km od Olsztyna, na wzniesieniu, w sąsiedztwie kilku domów. Przestronny salon, kuchnia, kominek, sauna, duży, jasny taras, grill, duży ogród, huśtawki, hamaki, stół do tenisa stołowego. W domu są cztery sypialnie mogące w pomieścić do 11 osób (3+3+3+2). Dwie łazienki (każda z WC i prysznicem) i dodatkowa toaleta.

Mein kleines Holzhäuschen ( 30m2) , mitten im Grünen eignet sich besonders für Familien mit Kindern ( ab 5 Jahren- wegen der etwas steilen Treppe ins Obergeschoss.) Es ist voll ausgestattet mit 55 ZollTV , Kühlschrank, 2 Kochplatten, Microwelle mit Grillfunktion, und ausreichend Geschirr. Für Nutzung von Fahrrädern, Sauna und Whirlpool freue ich mit über eine kleine Unterhaltungsspende . Ich wohne im Nebenhaus und stehe Ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich spreche Polnisch und Deutsch.

Tutaj zachwyca szum lasu, zachody słońca nad jeziorami, czysta woda i to coś, czego nie spotkacie nigdzie indziej. To miejsce zasługiwało tylko na piękne domy, w których są sny a wokół sosny. It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.

Dom z 5 sypialniami dla 10 osób. Salon z kominkiem połączony z kuchnią. W Stodole jest sala bilardowa z kominkiem. do domu przynależy bardzo duży drewniany taras z jacuzzi (czynnym w sezonie letnim), leżakami, kanapami oraz zewnętrzna jadalnią. Stodoła znajduje się w dużym ogrodzie do wyłącznego użytku gości, z dostępem do stawu z pomostem. W domu jest bezpłatne Wi- Fi. Stodoła jest miejscem przyjaznym alergikom, dlatego zapraszamy do niej bez zwierzaków.

Ihr wohnt in einem freistehenden Holzhaus separiert vom übrigen Hof. Natur pur. Von der Terasse habt ihr einen großartigen Fernblick auf die hügelige Wiesenlandschaft. Dort genießt Ihr auch die Sonnenuntergänge. Zum Hofbereich sind es 25 m, dort könnt Ihr auch den Wintergarten und die Bar sowie die Seeterasse nutzen. Beheizt wird das Haus mit einem Kaminofen, der durch Luftzüge auch die obere Etage versorgt. Dafür müsst Ihr Euch um die Befeuerung kümmern.
