Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. This rustic but cute tiny house is located steps from the Llano River in Mason, Texas. It comfortably sleeps 3 with a queen size bed and a twin bed. It's equipped with a full bathroom, a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, griddle and 12" electric skillet. There is lots of amazing outdoor space including a huge fire pit area and a charcoal grill. There are three tiny houses available on this property so please bring a friend family and have the whole place to yourselves.

The Garner House (Unit A)

Centrally located and walking distance to the Mason downtown square: antique/vintage shopping, boutiques, Mason wineries, Micro-brewery, historic sites/museums and restaurants. This house has multiple units to accommodate small OR large groups and LOTS of parking in back for larger vehicles/trailers, etc. Also, we welcome well-behaved pets and families!
