It is the perfect home for multi-generational guests, a few couples or a large family. It is decorated with relaxation in mind, using teals, blues and coastal prints. Quite possibly the coolest home in Ocean City. You are in the heart of Ocean City without all the noise. Four blocks from the ocean and boardwalk. Lots of fun boat watching and fishing off the back pier. This home is over 50 years old and takes a beating from the water so if you want a modern perfect rental this is not the home for you. If your group wants a unique experience that they will talk about the rest of their lives then you should definitely book this home.

This home can be occupied by a max of 12 adults with a total of 15 including children. Come relax in this gorgeous bay view single-family home in the lovely Caine's Woods neighborhood of Ocean City, adjacent to Fenwick Island. Imagine lazy days spent on the beach followed by a dip in the pool outside the kitchen door! GUESTS USE POOL AT THEIR OWN RISK! The pool is open from May 1- September 30. Obviously we can’t have it open during cold temperatures!
