Cancleave - Cornish Clifftop Luxury

Cancleave has been in our family since 1962. During the winter of 2020/21 it underwent a complete reconstruction to create a modern, energy-efficient and supremely comfortable retreat. Nestled on the coast road between Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay, the property occupies around half an acre of lawned garden bordering the South West Coast Path. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views across Bude Bay as far as Lundy Island, as well as inland vistas stretching all the way to Dartmoor.

The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. A pretty barn conversion at pencuke farm holiday cottages and close to the beach, pub and cafes. Offers really spacious accommodation for two, or a couple with a baby or child. An extra bed can be added for £50 per week or part thereof. Please ask if you would like this. Darzona also has ultra fast fibre broadband, perfect if you need to work during your stay. There’s a pay per use 7.2kw EV charge point and indoor golf simulator for hire.

The old stables has been converted into a cosy space with a wood burning fire. Surrounded by 7 acres of mature gardens and fields there is plenty of outside space to relax and explore. Up to two dogs welcome. Shared space available in the Victorian conservatory. Free parking with electric car charging points available, we ask you leave a donation for electricity used to charge your car. Eco toiletries provided.
