Welcome to our spacious, two story, updated 1905 Farmhouse. Our farmhouse and grounds will provide you and your guests with the perfect place to enjoy the countryside. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the scenery or take walks around our 160 acre working farm to soak in the views. We are conveniently located 16 minutes from both Wheeling and Moundsville. We are also minutes from Grand Vue and Wheeling Park and Ogelbay Park Resort. Welcome to West Virginia and our little piece of heaven.

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.
