Kandy Residence - Καλλιθέα, Ρέθυμνο (free parking)

Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 από τους ιδιοκτήτες Μανώλη και Βίκυ με πολύ γούστο και βρίσκεται στην πόλη Ρέθυμνο, στην περιοχή Καλλιθέα. Το όνομα της περιοχής σημαίνει "καλή θέα" ή "όμορφη θέα", αναφερόμενο στη θέα που προσφέρει το διαμέρισμα. Είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Ρεθύμνου, συγκεκριμένα 850 μέτρα με τα πόδια. Η απόσταση από την παλιά πόλη του Ρεθύμνου είναι περίπου 2 χιλιόμετρα, όπου μπορείτε να δείτε τη διατηρημένη πόλη, καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και όλα τα αξιοθέατα.

Dans le petit village historique de Maroulas, a 3 km des plages et 8 km de Rethymno , petite maison cocoon en pierre du pays restaurée dans style minimaliste avec piscine , vue splendide sur les white mountains de Chania et le village ( maison la plus haute ) , première tour de garde vénitienne dans la cour , convenant pour un couple et deux enfants ( divan lit 2 places au Rez.). La maison est très confidentielle sans vis-a-vis.
