The 270 sq ft tiny house has a queen mattress in the loft, cooking facilities including a propane cook top and gravity fed rain water (non-potable). Large windows look out over a beautiful southern Indiana holler. Camp shower & composting toilet. Cozy wood stove, fire pit, BBQ grills. Experience comfortable, tent - free camping!

Caddy Corner is a 1920s schoolhouse converted into a modern farmhouse. Enjoy a country feel while being just over a mile from everything that French Lick and West Baden have to offer. Escape to our hot tub after a day in town, and let your cares drift away. Relax on our American-made upholstered furniture, dine at our table made by a local artisan, and find slumber on our plush euro top mattresses. Easy access to the cabin with parking in front of the cabin for easy unloading. Our cabins have AC/Heat and MINI FRIDGE! The cabin is heated by an electric fireplace and cooled by an in wall air conditioner. Queen bed with fitted with mattress cover and fitted sheet. Blankets and pillows are provided by you. A dry sink are in each cabin as well as a mini fridge and coffee maker are provided. Fire pit is just outside the cabin along with private picnic table.

Our farm has easy access with a blacktop drive way and plenty of parking, 3 miles from U.S.Hwy 50 east of Bedford. Our modern one story house features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open concept living area and kitchen plus a garage. No children under the age of 12 and no pets are allowed.
