Additional amenities include fireplace, dedicated working space and fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor area includes a large deck, fire pit, luxury hot tub and grill. Sits on 2 acres of wooded land & features a community lake down the street. If you have additional guests, ask about our tree house located next door.

Cozy Log Cabin just feet away from the top of our 2 magnificent private waterfalls. The Falls at Sewanee Creek is located in America’s most biodiverse area on Tennessee's Eco-Rich Cumberland Plateau. Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. Adventure awaits on a rugged, bouldering hike, past cascades and the second big waterfall to two private caves. Disclaimer: Flow of all Waterfalls is subject to weather fluctuations.

Cute Modern- Rustic pet friendly home close to all Chattanooga has to offer! Places to eat and Walmart just down the road. The house is 5 minutes from Lookout Mountain attractions, downtown, TVA (Raccoon Mtn.), hiking, biking trails, and boat ramp. Newly remodeled and furnished with most everything you might need! New 2 bedroom cabin in the Water's Edge community. Spacious family room to enjoy fireplace, TV, and dining area. Private hot tub! Master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds, trundle, and a loft. Outdoor living space patio with a grill, table, couch, and firepit. Multi video game system. There is a community lake, playground, and hiking trail. We have two stand-up paddle boards, 1 adult kayak, and 1 child kayak. Pack n' play and high chair available.

Mini Rock Fortress w/65" TV & Large Shower

Breathe in some fresh mountain air with a starry night view in this private tiny cottage on Signal Mountain. Nice 65" flat screen TV in bedroom & large tile shower in bathroom. Bathroom is a shared bathroom 30 ft down walkway (see photos) from the fortress. Check in is anytime after 5 has digital code entry. Ceilings in the fortress are lower than 7 ft and is 260 sq ft large. The mudroom/bathroom has high ceilings & is 110 sq ft so combined it's 370 sq ft. Open backyard for pets.
