Newly remodeled and nicely equipped upstair apartment. Close downtown Silverton and the Oregon Gardens. The kitchen has granite countertops with induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. A deep soaking tub and shower sets off the tiled bathroom with heated floors. Living room includes TV and internet, sofa and writing desk. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser and spacious closet. The outside deck has a breath taking view looking toward downtown Silverton just 2 blocks away.

The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats

A short 1/2 mile walk will bring you to the North Falls parking lot, or use our pass* for free parking anywhere within the state park. *Pass must be returned before checkout.

My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. Our comfortable and well appointed apartment has beautiful views of the orchards and farm fields that surround us. Our small horse farm will make you feel calm and serene as you enjoy your stay at the Roddy Ranch. Please be aware, this is an upstairs apartment.

Peace and Quiet on a Farm in the Country

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country in a 2 bedroom apartment on a working berry farm. The apartment is located upstairs in a separate building away from the main house so there is lots of privacy as well. You can even pick your own marionberries and blueberries when in season. There are also a number of u-pick farms and farm stands in the area.
