A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

The living area has furniture made by local Amish, septic system for flush toilet, instant hot water, small bedroom with bunk bed (full mattress on bottom/ twin on top), efficiency kitchen, and loft with queen mattress.

The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. We include a parking space for the lot directly across from the apartment as well.

Welcome to the House on the Hill, it locates nice neighborhood in a nice small town Marietta Ohio. It just 3 mins walks to the Lookout Point where you can see the whole city of Marietta, 5mins drive to downtown Marietta, 10 mins drive to Walmart. Early Check-in and late Check-out can be arranged based on the last and coming guest. The house has no kids between 2 to 12 years old rule, due to safety concern, the house is located beside a curved uphill road.
