Lillian’s Blackberry Cabin is a restored retreat with a story in every detail. Started by my free-spirited, hippie mom in the early 1980s, it sat unfinished for decades. In 2020, we brought it back to life with a renovation, honoring its roots while adding comfort. Today, it’s a peaceful escape to slow down, walk quiet dirt roads, and take in sunset views from the deck. Featured in 417 Magazine, it’s a one-of-a-kind place to unplug and reconnect. About 15 miles SW of Ava on Hwy 76 in Goodhope.

R&R Cottage

A quant 1930s cottage in a peaceful setting located within walking distance of the Ava Square. This 2 queen bed (plus queen sleeper sofa), one bath cottage is the perfect spot for a little R&R. Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. The Carter Farmhouse

After a day of floating the North Fork River or hiking the Mark Twain National forest, cozy up at The Carter Farmhouse. Nestled on a working cattle farm, you're sure to experience peace & quiet. Built in the late 1940s, The Carter Farmhouse will take you back to the days of milk & cookies at grandma's house. This vintage cottage experience is located approximately one mile from The Twin Bridge Canoe Rental and approximately a twenty four minute drive to the town of West Plains, Missouri.

Janie Holler Hide-a-way

Come stay at the ranch! As we no longer need a farmhand, we are offering the cabin as a place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks at their finest! Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

Enjoy a countryside retreat! Our family-friendly studio apartment is quiet and cozy, with no one but birds and cows as your neighbors (and us! We live in the main house.) It's a 20 minute drive to Laura Ingalls Wilder Home, Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Co. The home is centrally located within a short distance of a specialty coffee shop, bank, grocery store, restaurants, park, YMCA and SMORR Ranch.

The Hartville

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home, Located in the population center of the United States, and is the county seat of Wright county. Hartville is a quiet rural town, that has several eating options, and a nice lake for fishing, or kayaking, also The historical sight of the Civil war battle of Hartville. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you should need to prepare your meals. Laundry provided as well. Come stay awhile, and experience the charm of Hartville.

Unique hand-hewn cabin with architectural salvage

We love rustic design and repurposing old things, especially reclaimed wood and rusty tin which you will find throughout this adorable cabin. Located on our 72-acre farm, this unique cabin was built with hand-hewn oak logs and creek stones off the property. While we did not build the original structure, we’ve spent a great deal of time renovating and painstakingly finishing each detail. We cannot wait to share it with you, and we hope you love it as much as we do!
