Close enough to all the shops, bars and restaurants in Warkworth and Matakana, but with the Te Aroroa trial (500 metres) and countryside on your doorstep. Less than 10 mins to Warkworth, 15 mins to Matakana with its vineyards & markets, close to Omaha beach and the beautiful Tawharanui Peninsula. Set on a small lifestyle block just 10 minutes drive from Waipu Cove beach and 6-7 minutes from iconic Waipu Village. One bedroom with Queen-size bed, plus separate lounge area with a large, sprawling couch for relaxing & taking in the surrounds. Outdoor seating area to sit and enjoy a cup of tea & while taking in the view across the valley.

The beach, along with shops and cafes are a 7 minute drive away and bush walks are just up the road.
