Around the grounds you'll find two ponds, a scenic and walkable property with plenty of space to enjoy. We are 4 miles from Bromley Mountain and just 7 from both Manchester and Stratton.

This hip spot offers more than just distinctive decor.River & Rye is an inn, restaurant, bar, and gathering place in the center of Jamaica's village. The inn, a renovated 1820s farmhouse, has six bedrooms with minimalist Scandinavian design, gorgeous stone and tile bathrooms, and access to beautiful views no matter the season. This stylish suite has a living room with couch and a 50” Roku TV with kitchenette! Although no stovetop, there’s an air-fryer, toaster, crock-pot, blender and microwave! A private bedroom space is the second room with two full-size beds and a desk. There’s a queen-size murphy-bed, plus the couch! The Horizon Inn is being renovated, so the outside, is getting some final touches, and the lobby is closed. Construction will not effect your stay!

Enjoy the convenience of a classic Stratton lodge located just a quick walk or shuttle (winter only) to the Village, Base Lodge and lifts. Table 43.1 is open for breakfast and dinner throughout the winter season with a family-friendly dinner menu and full bar featuring Vermont craft beer and spirits. Extremely private, this expansive loft room has its own private staircase and entrance on the second floor of our Barn building.
