Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Alpaca Cottage

Find yourself immersed in tranquility with all the comforts of home. The Alpaca Cottage invites you to spend quality time with our small herd of Alpaca and pygmy goats, they’re a curious bunch who love to meet, greet and beg for treats. The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

A quaint, stylish home in historic Mount Holly, walking distance from downtown pubs, museums and shops. Pet friendly with ample street parking, fully functional kitchen, full size refrigerator with ice maker, private bathroom (separate toilet and shower). Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

The Little House

The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Cozy & Clean Lawrenceville Studio

This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

Stylish RV in backyard, surrounded by nature

Enjoy this modernized RV with all the comforts of home. RV is in the backyard of a private property with a vacant home (future remodel project) surrounded by beautiful conservation land. The property is gated and fenced in. Start a hike right out the back gate with trails for miles through the woods. There are other units available for rent on the property as well, so bring your friends along! Chickens and honey bees (safe distance) are on the property!

This charming two bedroom, 1 bath condo is located two blocks from the ocean, 1 block from the bay, and a short walk to the boardwalk and all the attractions of Seaside Heights. This unit is located in a quiet, three-unit building with year-round residents for neighbors. The unit comes with a beach badge for each guest (up to 4 guests).

Great location!! Easy access to Philadelphia by car or train. Plus, 30 minutes to Philadelphia airport. Atlantic City is just over an hour by car or train. Efficiency apartment, Cozy space for 2, could easily sleep 4. Kitchenette, sitting room with 2 barrel chairs, a full size futon and a queen size bed. Private deck & entrance.
