The Dairy has sliding doors which make the whole space open plan. The high ceilings in the kitchen offers space and a unique airy feel. The porch has a variety of plants to enjoy as a interesting and unique place to sit and enjoy a book and overlook the garden. The whole house has wheelchair access. 'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property has recently been refurbished and is light, bright and welcoming.Accessed by two steps,internally the house is all on one level, with a deck leading out from the living room to the front, which faces west giving views of wonderful skies and sunsets. Guests are welcome to use any of the herbs growing in the enclosed rear garden. Although bordered by a road at the rear, any slight noise from the light traffic is muffled by a fence and trees.

Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.
