The family-friendly room with fireplace and balcony has two rooms and is distinguished for its carefully arranged layout, the pleasant soft colors, the elegant furnishings and the view of the famous square of Portaria with the evergreen plane trees. Consists of the master bedroom with a double bed, a fireplace and a small living room with a sofa that can be converted into two single beds and a balcony. It is ideal for family accommodation. It is equipped with double glazing for thermal insulation, color satellite LCD TV and DVD, telephone, hairdryer, wireless internet access, fridge, water boiler, bathroom with shower and cabin, central heating and air conditioning.

The Family Rooms at KIMIA Guest House can accommodate up to 4 people and feature a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in all areas. There is one comfortable double bed and two cozy sofa beds. Additionally, the room offers two balconies. The hotel is situated in the city center of the island, very close to the starting point of all buses, as well as Papadiamantis Street and the port—all within a 5-10 minute walk. Right across from the hotel, there is also a public parking area.

Each room is approximately 14.5 to 16 square meters in size and is equipped with two single beds (some rooms have a double bed), a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, internet access, a small fridge, and facilities for making coffee. In this case, Room A5 is available for rent — it features a balcony with a beautiful sea view.
