Casa Tota is a Portuguese style house that is approximately 150 years old. It has been lovingly restored and is furnished comfortably. There is a central courtyard, which houses the kitchen and dining areas and a decorative water feature in the middle. There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite showers. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The third bedroom can be configured as a twin room on request.There is also a lovely garden area with a shallow private pool in the back yard.

There are various multi-cuisine restaurants around the community. Rickshaws, taxis, scooters, motorbikes, and cars are available for hire. Margao is the closest city approx. 11 km, 25 mins by car. Grocery stores and supermarkets are within walking distance. Daily buffet breakfast is available at an extra charge (served at the hotel)
