We purchased this charming 1880’s Victorian Bluestone property in 2017 which was in desperate need of a restoration. Forward to 2024 and she is fully restored. We have a unique, self-contained Guest Wing, which runs off the main house and this is the space that we would love to offer as a private B&B. The location is perfect, the train station is a 150 metre walk to the end of our street, which makes it super easy to go into Adelaide CBD and enjoy any number of SA Festivals and Sporting Events.

Built in 1881, in historic Church Hill, with modern amenities, the quiet, central Gawler location offers an unique, private, short accommodation option, close to the Barossa Valley. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Street parking on the no-through street. Please only stay if you're wanting a place to escape the modern world! Enjoy!
